Customer Success Story: WorkSafeBC

We talk a lot about how talemetry helps companies recruit the best talent quickly, and today I want to share a real-world example of how one of our long-time customers is doing just that.

WorkSafeBC is the sole provider of worker's compensation coverage in the province of British Columbia. That means if someone is injured on the job, anywhere in BC, WSBC is the body that handles the insurance claim. They also run a number of programs to help reduce and eliminate workplace injuries.

As you can imagine, it takes a lot of people (approximately 3100 of them) with a variety of very specialized skills to keep the machine running smoothly.

Quickly locating and attracting the right candidates to WorkSafeBC is a constant challenge, especially considering they are a government body and can't compete on salary alone compared with the deep pockets of the private sector.
